Surefire's Markets in a Minute content provides a weekly video update on the current climate of the housing market so that you and your contacts can stay up-to-date on the rate environment, the economy, and news impacting the mortgage industry.
You can stay ahead of the game by using the content the Surefire team is putting together in our Markets in a Minute media collection each week. Surefire provides multiple ways to distribute this content to your contacts. To start, we'll walk you through finding out whether a Markets in a Minute deployment is available for subscription.
Subscribe to Markets in a Minute
Your organization may have created a recurring deployment you can use to receive the Markets in a Minute content. If this is the case, you may subscribe to the deployment by clicking the subscribe button located to the right-hand side of the Markets in a Minute deployment.
When you subscribe, you will see the subscribed icon appear. Once you're subscribed, you will receive the Markets in a Minute content to keep yourself in the loop! You can check out more in our article about subscriptions - Subscribe to a Deployment.
Creating a Markets in a Minute Drip Campaign
If you want to set up a drip communication for a group of your contacts, you can create a recurring deployment using Surefire. Recurring deployments allow you to select an audience, frequency, and content piece you want to share with your audience. You can set up a recurring deployment that shares Surefire's Markets in a Minute content as a social media post or you can choose to directly email your leads the weekly update as well.
A. Create a New Recurring Deployment
Navigate to the Deployment Center located within the Marketing tab and click on the button to Create Deployment. When prompted select to create a recurring deployment.
B. Choose a Frequency for Deployment
Surefire updates our Markets in a Minute content every Thursday by 2:00 p.m. eastern time. To take advantage of these updates, we're going to have our deployment send out every Thursday at 2:30 p.m. so you and your contacts can keep up-to-date as you head into your busy weekend!
Admin Note. If you are an administrator for your organization, you can also choose to make this recurring deployment available for your company by choosing For My Company instead of For Myself.
C. Choose your Media & Distribution Method
The next step is to identify the media we're wanting to send in our communication. We'll navigate to the following folder Public > Markets in a Minute 2019 and we'll want to choose the Markets in a Minute Video Recurring. This link is updated every week with the current week's content.
Once you have selected the media, you can select the method with which you want to reach your contacts. We're going to choose to send this deployment via email and we will also create a new social media post on our business' Facebook account. You may choose to use your Contacts Media Preference using the toggle shown below. If your contact has their preference set to text, and text is not an available media type, those contacts will not receive the deployment.
D. Building your Audience
The next step is to choose the contacts that will receive the recurring deployment you've created as well as the opt out list. We're going to select the marketing opt out list to not include any contacts that have requested to not receive marketing content from Surefire. We may choose to Target All Valid Contacts that we have in our system if we wish.
Admin Note. If you previously selected to have this deployment For My Company, you will not have to select a target audience. You may simply select your Email Opt Out list and save for your users. Once saved, this deployment will appear as an available subscription for the users of your organization.
E. Dynamic Target Groups
In this situation, we're going to choose to only target our contacts that are listed as a referral partner contact type as these are the individuals that we believe will find this information most relevant and useful. The great thing about this target group is that as we add referral partners to our contact list in Surefire, they'll automatically be added to our distribution list without any extra effort. This is the beauty of "set it and forget it." Surefire is going to do all the time intensive work for you to keep your contacts up-to-date and engaged.
F. Review & Deploy
Our Markets in a Minute deployment is all set! We've successfully created a deployment that will engage our referral partners with new and relevant content every Thursday at 2:30 pm. We could have 2 referral partners today or 100 in two weeks, but Surefire will ensure that it's directed to those we've updated in our contact list without us having to worry about anything.
