Your Surefire CRM supports MortgageCoach integration.
In the past, a person who was both a MortgageCoach customer and a Surefire customer would have to create a new contact record inside of MortgageCoach and manually key in the deal data ex. FHA, 5.000% rate, closing date 12/01/2013, etc.
Today, we’ve smartly mapped Deal fields from the existing contact record to MortgageCoach. This allows the user to utilize MortgageCoach's TCA without leaving the Surefire system and negating the need for double data entry.
What is a TCA?
If your organization has an Enterprise Agreement with MortgageCoach - you're ready to get started.
Please reach out to your Top of Mind Networks primary contact so that we can begin steps with MortgageCoach to initiate the integration. The initial step should not take longer than 1 business day.
Be sure to activate the Create Loan Comparison Report permission for any role that would need to create a TCA with the MortgageCoach integration. Otherwise the option to create a TCA will not be an option in the Surefire UI.
Once the organization is set up each user can activate themselves by going to My Account > My Profile > Integrations > Add Integration
Click on MortgageCoach > input your MortgageCoach Username & click Save.
If you get an error message when you click Save please contact your Surefire Administrator.
Admins, to activate your users, go to My Company > Company Info > Users, search for the user you wish to activate and follow the steps above to activate.
Now that you are integrated let's send a Loan Comparision Report through Surefire!
