The Surefire Mobile solution provides access to Surefire contacts for users on-the-go.
It is specifically designed for Surefire users on mobile devices which does not have to be downloaded from the app store.
- Shortcut right on the home screen of iOS or Android to launch Surefire for quick access.
- Allows Surefire Users to manage contacts on-the-go from their device of choice.
- Marketing automation can be driven based on contact updates from the mobile device.
- Frequent updates do not rely on the Android or Apple approval process, enabling faster, more frequent updates and development cycles.
To Access Surefire Mobile:
Go to mobile.surefirecrm.com and input your user name and password.
Adding a Contact
To add a contact just click the green + icon at the bottom right.
Editing a Contact
Click the contact and then click the blue pencil icon.
Adding a Note
Click the green note icon with the plus. When you add a note you can also check the box that says 'contacted'. This will update the 'last contacted' date in the contact record helping you keep track of who you have talked to.
Contacting Your Surefire Contacts Through Surefire Mobile
Find the contact in the contact list, the available ways to connect with the person is shown, phone, text and email.
You can click any of these icons to connect with your contact.
