Impersonation is an Administrator option that gives you the ability to log into the account of any User in your organization. When using Impersonation, you are essentially logging in as that User and seeing everything that they see in their account.
This can be very useful for troubleshooting an issue and other administrative use cases.
To Impersonate a User, select the Impersonate option from your top-right Profile drop down
Next, choose the User you would like to Impersonate from the list.
A Red Bar will appear at the top of the screen indicating that you are in Impersonation a User. You are free to use Surefire as this User.
When impersonating a user, you may review the user's activity by navigating to My Account > My Profile.
You may view the user activity at the bottom of the user's profile. This activity includes delegation of impersonation, successful impersonations, user logins, and user data updates.
When you are done, you can close the red bar to Exit Impersonation mode and return back to your own account.
