Surefire Administrators can create a Team Slot by following the below steps:
1. Go to CRM Settings > Teams in the main menu
2. Enter a name in Slot Name field, e.g. the role the User will perform, such as Marketing Coordinator
3. Enter the Description for this Team Slot if desired
4. Click the Add New Team Slot button.
Once Team Slots are created, Surefire Users can assign a User to to that Team Slot. You can also Edit and Delete Team Slots. However, use caution when deleting a Team Slot as this will affect any live Workflows that utilize this Slot.
