Your Username is what you use to log in to the Surefire system. You will be assigned a default Username by a company administrator when your account is created. However, if you like you can later change this assigned Username.
- Navigate to My Account > My Profile in the main menu
- Click the blue User Security button or the User Security tab.
- In the Manage Username section, edit your username in the Username field. The system will automatically notify you if the revised username you enter is available or not.
- Click the Update Username button.
The system will email you that your username has been successfully updated.
Now, the next time you log in to Surefire, you can use this new username, along with your existing password, to access Surefire.
